Day 3 and both kids competed
Chris in the 400m Free but feeling quite fatigued after racing for the past few weeks was not able to make the finals.
Jess swam a PB in her heat to make the final for the 400M Freestyle.
Josh Beard from Bayside also made the B final in the 200m Back which is a huge effort.
