Chris is swimming the 10k open water race tomorrow - 4am Sydney time.
He is hoping his fitness is coming back for this race - he did manage a 7th in the Open Pan Pacs at Long Beach California last week.

Meanwhile........I will be on a plane back to Oz from Honolulu where I am staying overnight with the US Army (there everywhere at this hotel - cant tell anyone the name otherwise wikileaks will publish it and an arrest warrant will be issued jointly by the US and Abbott for Julian's Assange's arrest)
I would have taken a photo here in Honolulu but I am afraid of being arrested, COPS and Military everywhere. They are probably reading this on a mirror image virtual drive while I type....oopppssss...........................
